Our Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
For opened products that are defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring the product to be returned.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email our returns team at returns@Nile Valleybeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return authorization number.
Package Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your return authorization number and a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
Ship Your Return
Ship the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Save your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and process your return (typically 5-7 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your product for a different size or variety? We're happy to help! Contact our customer service team with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange.
For exchanges, we'll send you the new product immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the original item. Exchange shipping is free for US customers.
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the original product must be unopened and in its original condition.
Special Circumstances
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
Received the wrong product? We apologize! Contact us immediately and we'll send the correct item via expedited shipping at no charge, plus a prepaid return label.
Gift Returns
Gift recipients can return items for store credit without a receipt. The credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item returned.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Can I return an opened bottle?
We cannot accept returns of opened products except in cases of defect or quality issues. If you're unsatisfied with an opened product, please contact us within 48 hours of opening it so we can address your concerns.
How long does the refund process take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Can I return a product after 30 days?

What if I lost my order confirmation?
